We provided a Customer
Liaison Engineer, based at Jaguar Castle Bromwich, tasked with ensuring
that all delivery and quality issues were dealt with efficiently and effectively
during the product introduction period. HPBO were a new supplier to Jaguar,
and their introduction to the supplier base coincided with a suite of new
designs for the full range of vehicles.
The task was to
sequentially deliver 500 defect-free units into Jaguar at full production
speed (A "500 Car Challenge")
It was achieved with
minimal disruption to Jaguar and helped HPBO Ltd to forge strong links with
their new customer contacts

successfully completed within time and budget with no disruption to
existing production
We also implemented
and maintained the company’s ISO/TS16949; QS9000 and ISO9001 accreditations
and prepared the company’s successful application for Ford Q1 Status
